I have worked in mortgage lending for more than 20 years and have been ranked among the top 1% of loan originators nationally for 16 years. I am also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). My approach is to understand the full situation first, explain the options clearly, communicate often and solve the problem in a way that fits the client’s bigger financial picture.
Creative Solutions for Real Life
Some borrowers fit cleanly into a conventional loan box. Others are self-employed, own multiple properties, are relocating, need to buy before selling, or want to renovate or build. Those scenarios are where experience and access to multiple lending strategies matter most.
A Little More Personal
Outside mortgage lending, I am heavily involved in local church activities and play drums on the worship team. I also enjoy college football, golf, DIY projects at home and puzzles—especially sports-related ones. That problem-solving instinct carries into lending too.

I spend considerable time with clients making sure the mortgage fits not only the immediate transaction but also the longer-term financial plan. When another professional is needed, I have an extensive network of specialists in financial planning, insurance, estate planning and related areas.
